Within Australia
For all orders within Australia shipping is free.
For orders $100 or less Australia Post Regular Parcel mail is used. For orders over $100 Australia Post Registered mail is used.
For Registered mail P.O Box addresses will not be accepted as a delivery address.
If you want a different shipping option for your purchase e.g. Express Post or Registered mail for purchases under $100, then please contact Hey Fatty and we will arrange this. The cost will be based on the standard rates as per Australia Post charges.
Outside Australia
For all purchases sent outside Australia we use Australia Post Registered mail. The cost is listed under each item once you select your country.
Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
P.O Box addresses will not be accepted as a delivery address.

Delivery times
Within Australia 3-5 working days
Outside Australia 5-15 working days (subject to custom clearance)
These delivery times are a guide and will depend on the delivery location.
If the parcel goes astray
If the parcel does not show up, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to try and track the parcel and get it sent to you. Please let us know if you have any doubts.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchases from Hey Fatty. We aim to please, so if you're not completely happy with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of 'store' credit.
- If you've paid for shipping, it is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error
The following are non-refundable returns
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
- Returns received in damaged condition

- Within 48 hours of your email we will respond and provide you with the mailing address to return the item
